Statik Link – “Stay Awhile” [DJ Roodz Remix]
Check out my tech-house styled remix of Statik Link’s “Stay Awhile,” off his latest album, Carpe Momentum. When I started this remix, I really wanted to pull elements from the original track. So, I tried to incorporate more than just the original vocals, while keeping my own flavor. This track can be described as “darker” house music, with a rolling bassline and heavy synths on the drop. I really wanted to do Statik Link and his band, the Experience, justice on this track.
