Look: Post-Gig Coffee Run

Believe me when I say that there is nothing more satisfying than getting out of a sweaty shirt and throwing on comfy clothes after a long gig. The feeling of falling into bed and decompressing can be so amazing after being on your feet for hours in a loud booth. Then, the next morning, I wake up with one thing and only one thing on my mind: coffee. Sweet, sweet coffee.

The day after a gig is usually reserved for doing homework and moving at my own pace, so I’d rather not get *dressed up* if I don’t have to. To be honest, most times I just roll out of bed, hop in the car, and go hunting for my favorite cold brew. This is one of my favorite weekend outfits. It’s a comfy but cool look that you can rock from early spring all the way into fall. Check it out:

Denim Jacket

Every. Man. Should. Own. A. Denim. Jacket. There’s no other way to say it. A well-fitting blue denim jacket is one of the most classic and versatile pieces you could possibly own. Dress it up. Dress it down. It’s truly timeless! Grab one with Sherpa lining for the colder months, and an unlined one for spring and summer. Adidas Joggers

I absolutely LOVE these joggers, so much so that I bought multiple pairs in different colors! The taper is just right for someone my size, and they don’t have a huge cuff at the bottom like most other joggers. I also love that the Adidas stripes don’t run down the length of the pants; it’s more of a subtle detail than an in-your-face advertisement. Since they’re technically soccer pants, the fabric is super breathable, meaning they’re perfect for the gym too! Grab a pair in your favorite color here.

Graphic Tee

This look really works with just about any shirt (I’ve rocked it with tees, 3/4-sleeves, and long sleeves), but I personally love adding a pop of color and personality with a graphic tee. This Coca-Cola tee is one of my favorites right now; it’s super retro and the colors give the entire outfit a life of its own and some street-style edge. Vans

There’s no reason not to own a pair of Vans! They’re classic, they’re comfy, they’re affordable, and they work with almost every outfit imaginable. They come in every color and design you can possibly imagine, as well as every sneaker / slip on variant you could possibly need. Vans are a pop culture staple that (like the denim jacket) have stood the test of time for decades. Simply put, Vans are for everyone. Calculator Watch

I’ll be honest, I’ve wanted a calculator watch forever, ever since I was a little kid and my older cousins would flex theirs and I would get insanely jealous.
